Alana De La Garza, a stunning actress who has made a lasting impression on the screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. Within a short time she was moving to Texas and completed her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas then moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles such as local independent films and world-wide commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion in acting. She moved from New York and in 2001 she landed her first acting gig in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. Throughout the first decade of 2000 she appeared in tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The first time she had a major role in a series was in the 2004 short-lived television drama The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her best-known role was in Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. She then migrated to the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. The year 2008 was the time she received an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performance on a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments further. She was Marisol Deko and was also the spouse to David Caruso's character Horatio. As the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. The show was canceled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is born of Italian origin and is the younger sister of Cory who is 10 years her junior. She was raised by strict and religious parents. Milano started her acting career when she was seven years old. Babysitters took her for her first audition. Four girls were chosen out of more than 1000 aspirants. Milano appeared in commercials for television and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
